Welcome to Pacific Chile Resort & Spa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PacificChile.com website (the "Site") and the services, features, and content provided by Pacific Chile Resort & Spa ("Hotel", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing this Site, making a reservation, or using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation. By making a reservation, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.
All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Rates are subject to change without notice prior to confirmation of a reservation. Depending on the booking type, a deposit or full pre-payment may be required at the time of booking. All applicable taxes, including Chilean VAT, will be calculated and applied according to local laws.
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of room, rate selected, and time of year. Standard reservations may generally be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours prior to the check-in date without penalty. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified. Failure to arrive at the Hotel on your scheduled check-in date will result in a "no-show" fee, typically equivalent to the first night's room rate plus taxes.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM local time. Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM (Noon) local time. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges. A valid government-issued photo ID and credit card are required upon check-in for incidental charges.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and comply with all Hotel rules and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service or evict any guest, without refund, who causes a disturbance, threatens the safety or security of other guests or staff, or causes damage to Hotel property.
Pacific Chile Resort & Spa is a completely non-smoking property indoors. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms, balconies, and public interior spaces. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided. A deep cleaning fee of $250 USD will be applied to the room bill of any guest who violates this policy.
While we love animals, Pacific Chile Resort & Spa does not allow pets on the property, with the exception of legally recognized service animals.

All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Pacific Chile Resort & Spa or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site without express written consent from us.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pacific Chile Resort & Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pacific Chile Resort & Spa, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Hotel services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Santiago, Chile, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or Hotel services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
