At Pacific Chile Resort & Spa, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policies ("returns") are designed to be as flexible as possible while ensuring the smooth operation of our boutique luxury resort.
For bookings made under our Standard Rate, you may cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date (calculated from 3:00 PM local time). If cancelled within the 48-hour window, a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's room rate plus applicable taxes will be charged to the credit card on file.
Reservations booked under "Non-Refundable," "Advanced Purchase," or specific promotional rates require full prepayment at the time of booking. These reservations cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be retained by the hotel.
If you are eligible for a refund based on our cancellation policy, the funds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
If you decide to leave the hotel prior to your scheduled departure date, an early departure fee equal to one night's room and tax will be applied. For non-refundable reservations, no refunds will be issued for early departures.
In the event of a natural disaster, severe weather warning, or unexpected travel restrictions (Force Majeure) directly impacting your ability to travel to the Valparaiso Region, Pacific Chile Resort & Spa will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a date change or hotel credit valid for up to 12 months in lieu of a refund.

Standard check-in time begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM (Noon). If you arrive early or need to leave late, our bell desk will happily store your luggage. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Yes, we offer premium private transfers from Arturo Merino BenÃtez International Airport (SCL) and local hubs. Please contact our concierge team at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to arrange your transportation and receive pricing details.
Absolutely. Pacific Chile Resort & Spa is a family-friendly destination. We offer a dedicated kids' club, specially crafted children's menus in our restaurants, and babysitting services upon request (advance notice required).
We highly recommend making reservations for our Fine Dining Restaurant and the Spa well in advance of your stay, as availability can fill up quickly, especially during high season and weekends. You can book these services through our contact form or by emailing the concierge.
Yes, we offer complimentary secure valet parking for all registered guests. Self-parking is also available in our monitored underground facility.
Our Fine Dining Restaurant and private casino lounge operate with a "Resort Elegant" dress code. We ask guests to refrain from wearing swimwear, flip-flops, or athletic gear in these evening venues. Collared shirts and tailored trousers or dresses are recommended.
